DUES are currently $325 per quarter.  HOA Management Services provides billing and collection services.  You may contact them at 316-351-7650 if you have questions about your bill.

Please note: the Wood Winds dues are for lawn maintenance, snow removal, trash collection, and any other amenities enjoyed by Wood Winds residents.  

All Wood Winds residents are also responsible for Dues assessed by the White Tail Master HOA. Those dues are currently (2022) $800.00 per year, paid in two semi-annual billings.

The dues pay for maintenance of the Commons Areas, swimming pool, playground, landscape, storm water ponds, sidewalk, entrance monuments, and so forth. Invoices are sent by HOA Management, same as Wood Winds dues.
