All painting, roof replacements, fences, construction, and other exterior changes to your property require prior approval by your association's Design Review & Compliance Committee (DRCC). Complete and submit a Design Review Application to the email address below.
The DRCC also enforces compliance with your association's Restrictive Covenants. We encourage neighbor-to-neighbor resolution of compliance issues, but if that is unsuccessful, please complete and submit the Compliance Complaint Form to the email address below.
