Design Review Committees are receiving requests for approval of roof replacements.  You MUST contact the DRC in your location for approval of ANY exterior alterations to your home!
The previously approved materials in The Bracken, The Preserve, Edgewood Patio Homes and  Wood Winds Patio Homes, are Certainteed Presidential TL, Certainteed Presidential IR and Certainteed Presidential AR . The only approved colors are  “Classic Weathered Wood”, “Weathered Wood”, “Autumn Blend”, and "Charcoal Black". Installation of Bellaforte by Da Vinci Slate Composite shingles have also been approved by request.  Color selection must be approved.

The Certainteed shingles ARE NOT approved for The Glenmoor!
