A recent policy was adopted by the White Tail Design Review Committee (“DRC”), in conjunction with the White Tail Master Board, to provide guidance and better inform the DRC’s decisions on any applications it may receive from residents desiring to install solar devices on their respective property.  This new guidance was promulgated and adopted pursuant to Section 5.01 of the general covenants governing each of the five neighborhoods of White Tail.  Please click here to read.
